011990

Kostanay, Kazakhstan

Stanis Zichler's story begins far from the world of business. Born in 1990 in Kostanay, he grew up in difficult economic circumstances: a rural upbringing built on self-sufficiency, family and hard work.

021998

A new start in Germany

At the age of eight he emigrated with his parents to Germany, adapting to a new country, a new culture and a new language from the ground up.

03Military career

Leading under pressure

After completing his education in Germany, he began a military career that would shape everything that followed. It taught him discipline, loyalty, teamwork and leadership, and he advanced to Truppenführer, taking responsibility for leading and coordinating others under pressure.

Entering blockchain

He entered the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, building his first business activities in a market that was still taking shape.

Founder of XFusion

His focus has expanded from direct involvement in digital assets into international business development, strategic partnerships and community building, culminating in his role today as founder of XFusion, a global community built around education, networking and personal growth.

Impact

Giving back, in person.

Having grown up in difficult economic circumstances himself, Stanis knows what hunger and poverty can mean. That's why giving back matters to him. Together with his community, he regularly organises charity initiatives to support people in difficult situations, and to inspire others to do the same.

From Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, he and his teams have delivered food, drinking water, hygiene products and everyday essentials to foundations caring for orphaned children and families in difficult situations. The approach is deliberately simple: work with local partners, buy what is actually needed, and hand it over face to face.

Children first

Food, water, hygiene products and school supplies delivered directly to children's homes and foundations, with no intermediaries and no photo-op logistics.

Local partners

Every drive is organised with people who live in the community and know exactly what is missing that month.

Show up in person

Stanis and his teams travel to the handovers themselves. Presence is part of the contribution.
